STATUT AT GLANCE

• 👉🏾 Any association or group that fails to meet the dues deadline must pay a late penalty of $50 within 48 hours to avoid exclusion.
• 👉🏾 The COSNET Administration Department must be informed of the death of a member within fifteen (15) days of the death. Contributions will no longer be paid after this period.
• 👉🏾 Members are responsible for ensuring that they are not registered more than once.
• 👉🏾 A member may not have multiple identities or identifiers.
• 👉🏾 COSNET is not responsible for any financial obligations, including double membership fees, incurred by a member holding two member IDs as a result of having two identities.
• 👉🏾 In the event that two member IDs are discovered after the death of a member with dual IDs, only the member ID with the earliest registration date will be considered for benefits.
• 👉🏾 Member deceased in the USA, Canada and Mexico: COSNET EB must receive documentation of a member's death within 30 days of the death.
• 👉🏾 Member deceased in Cameroon and outside (USA, Canada and Mexico): COSNET EB must receive documentation relating to the death of a member within 45 days of the death.
